Responder Alliance Foundation has a mission to empower and educate every vital responder. We provide funding for:

Awareness

• For stress injury training for teams and individual vital responders
• The YEAR ONE Initiative, prioritizing vital responders at the beginning of their careers

Education

• Ambassadors using creative means to provide awareness

Who Can Apply?

Individuals

• Up to $400 match for participating in programs providing training on stress injuries or programs working to mitigate stress injuries
• Ambassadors applying for funding to support travel and resources, such as conference admission

Teams and Organizations

• Training for stress injury mitigation, community support platforms, or agency-wide new member training access for YEAR ONE employees.
